KPS4 News Corp respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or posted on our website without authorization, please provide us with a written notification containing the following information:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with a written communication that includes the following:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., to jurisdiction in Riverside County, California).
- Your signature (electronic or physical).
