Later, at 3:57 a.m., a suspicious activity report near Sunrise Park prompted a search, though no suspects were located.

Morning Reports: Theft and Traffic
As the city woke up, a South Camino Real resident reported a stolen bicycle at 6:40 a.m. Traffic units were called to the intersection of Ramon Road and South Gene Autry Trail at 9:15 a.m. for a minor fender-bender. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. By 11:30 a.m., officers were at a convenience store on Tahquitz Canyon Way following a shoplifting incident involving two juveniles, who were later released to their guardians.

The area was cleared after the item was deemed non-threatening.
